Job Overview

The Front Desk Agent plays a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service, handling reservations, and resolving any guest concerns or issues. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests, anticipating their needs and providing personalized service
  • Book reservations, rentals, and coordinate registration
  • Operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions
  • Answer phone calls and emails, and deliver messages as needed
  • Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers
  • Coordinate resolution of guest concerns and communicate closely with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:

  • Previous guest services experience required
  • Previous cash handling experience preferred
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrate organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
