Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitating rental car bookings and completing necessary reservation documentation.
  • Utilizing the Total Aviation POS and concierge services effectively.
  • Assisting with the transportation of customers and rental vehicles.
  • Coordinating hotel reservations.
  • Managing catering orders and submissions.
  • Scheduling aircraft departures and arrivals.
  • Processing fuel orders and related documentation.
  • Communicating aircraft departure information to the Line Service Technicians.
  • Dispatching Line Service Technicians and providing inbound aircraft advisories via two-way radio.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the facility, including the lobby area.
  • Preparing and replenishing aircraft coffee supplies.
  • Transporting ice supplies as needed.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and capable of international travel.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive 10-year work history review and criminal background check.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to work effectively with diverse personalities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Attention to detail and self-motivation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, delivered with professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Commitment to safety and compliance with all regulatory standards.
