Job Overview

Client Support Specialist -

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the daily scheduling for service technicians and installation crews
  • Handling incoming customer inquiries
  • Coordinating appointments for the service department
  • Engaging with clients regularly for follow-ups, technician arrival notifications, scheduling, and additional support
  • Thriving in a dynamic environment that emphasizes teamwork
  • Demonstrating high proficiency in typing and multitasking

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience or training in customer service, dispatching, or project management, or a suitable combination of education and experience
  • Proactive and responsible attitude
  • Self-driven, quick learner, and exceptionally organized with a keen eye for detail
  • Outstanding communication and customer service abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan and HVAC dispatching is advantageous (training available for the right candidate)
  • Collaborative team player who is self-motivated and capable of independent learning
  • Comfortable with utilizing and mastering new software applications
  • Knowledge of the service area or strong map-reading skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification (GED)
  • Passionate about assisting and collaborating with others

Experience:

  • Dispatching: 1-3+ years (Preferred)
