Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and a proactive approach to customer service.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- A typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to quality compliance standards.
- A foundational understanding of telephony systems and reporting measures.
- Familiarity with relevant database systems and the ability to generate reports.
- Knowledge of our products and services, including operational aspects and warranty support.
