Position Overview:

The HVAC Client Support Specialist will engage with clients to deliver essential or standardized information in response to common inquiries regarding products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients to furnish details about products or services

Essential Skills and Abilities:

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in Customer Service

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to sit and work on a computer for extended periods
  • Capable of lifting up to 15 lbs at a time
