About this Role

Belle is seeking a full-time Client Support Specialist to deliver top-notch assistance to our valued customers. This role encompasses daily scheduling, effective communication, and outreach, requiring excellent verbal skills and a compassionate approach when interacting with our senior clientele. This position is based at our headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in a comprehensive training program during standard business hours.
  • Manage shifts covering standard business hours.
  • Oversee customer service operations (e.g., phone, email, SMS chat).
  • Coordinate scheduling, confirm appointments, and address eligibility inquiries from members.

Experience, Skills, & Personality Traits:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • A quiet and private workspace with reliable internet connectivity.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and patiently with senior citizens over the phone.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to manage, schedule, and fulfill work assignments independently.
  • Possess a positive, energetic, and empathetic demeanor.
