Employee Life Cycle Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Employee Life Cycle Coordinator to provide administrative support to various functions of a dedicated business unit within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the recruiting process, including processing applications and new-hire paperwork, interviewing candidates as needed, and tracking applicant flow information.
- Maintain personnel records of active and terminated employees according to Company policy.
- Enter new hire information, personnel changes, and payroll information into the HRIS system.
- Answer questions concerning benefits, schedules, uniforms, Unifi policy, or employee concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate fingerprints for the U.S. Postal Service, badging application for SIDA access, and employee uniform program.
- Maintain schedules, compile reports, and prepare billing information.
- Maintain OSHA records and assist in administering on-the-job injury reporting.
- Ensure required posting and corporate information are updated and displayed as required.
- Must be a local (in-state) resident.
- Valid In-State Driver's License.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
- Must complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
- High School diploma or GED.
- One+ year of relevant experience.
- Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
- Must be able to be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment.
- Must be able to lift/carry/push/pull and move items of 70 pounds and/or more on a regular basis.
- Must be able to walk, climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop on a frequent basis and for extended periods.
