We are seeking a skilled Head Chef to oversee our kitchen operations. The successful candidate will be adept at managing kitchen workflows, supervising inventory, and ensuring exceptional quality in food preparation and presentation. They will also be tasked with maintaining our high standards of excellence across all kitchen functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize labor and food expenditures to align with budgetary goals
  • Oversee daily kitchen activities

  • Design premium menus based on ingredient availability and cost efficiency
  • Handle procurement and invoice management

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of profit and loss, food and labor costs, and menu pricing strategies
