About the Role

Sazerac Company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Market Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow Sales and Distribution: Achieve volume and distribution goals for our brands across Sazerac's portfolio.
  • Build Brands and Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their key needs and requirements, and develop mutually valuable relationships.
  • Lead Distributors and Sales Teams: Lead distributors in-store selling, merchandising, marketing, and execution for accounts.
  • Plan and Implement Programs: Plan and implement programs to deliver distribution, merchandising, display, and retail promotional objectives.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators: Monitor agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) with key customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • Minimum 1 Year of Relevant Professional Experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to Work Non-Traditional Hours
  • Strong Planning and Organizational Skills
  • Ability to Travel
