About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Clae Goldman Team. As a Field Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving new business and managing client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Account Management: Actively sell community solar and third-party energy solutions to customers in designated territories, managing and growing your portfolio of customer accounts to ensure their needs are met.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and recommendations to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Business Development: Identify and close new business opportunities by upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing accounts, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance goals.
  • Customer Education: Educate customers on the benefits of switching to sustainable energy options to help them save on energy costs, using CRM tools to keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to develop new strategies for growing the client base and expanding into new markets.
