Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a high-energy Sales Account Executive to retain and grow existing business in the Portland area.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a competitive spirit, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Retain and grow existing business by providing exceptional customer service through regular site visits and calls
- Leverage existing relationships to upsell additional products and services into current accounts
- Maintain and update product, service, and pricing knowledge, and act as the point of contact for customers
- Build long-lasting customer relationships
- Generate new business with prospects by delivering strategic sales presentations and consultations
- Utilize Salesforce to build and manage pipeline and maximize productivity for scheduling and reporting
- 2-3 years of sales or customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education and training
- Proven selling skills specifically related to growing existing accounts and/or acquiring new business
- Experience using Salesforce or some other type of CRM system
- Results-focused with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals
- Ongoing training to develop your skills and grow your career (Sandler Sales Training)
- Competitive base salary plus commissions and a car allowance: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
- Hybrid schedule with 3 days in the field within your assigned territory
