Job Overview:

We are seeking a high-energy Sales Account Executive to retain and grow existing business in the Portland area.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a competitive spirit, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Retain and grow existing business by providing exceptional customer service through regular site visits and calls
  • Leverage existing relationships to upsell additional products and services into current accounts
  • Maintain and update product, service, and pricing knowledge, and act as the point of contact for customers
New Business Opportunities:
  • Build long-lasting customer relationships
  • Generate new business with prospects by delivering strategic sales presentations and consultations
  • Utilize Salesforce to build and manage pipeline and maximize productivity for scheduling and reporting
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of sales or customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education and training
  • Proven selling skills specifically related to growing existing accounts and/or acquiring new business
  • Experience using Salesforce or some other type of CRM system
  • Results-focused with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals
