Tradesmen International is expanding its team and seeks an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our ranks. In this role, you will leverage your skills to build and foster strong business relationships with clients and field employees.

Your key responsibilities will include growing sales through prospecting, cold calling, and canvassing within your designated territory. You will also conduct safety walkouts and review safety check-lists to ensure commitment to safety.

To deliver exceptional results, you will need to ensure client satisfaction by conducting routine check-ins and resolving any issues that may arise. Collaboration with colleagues will be essential to share best practices and maintain open communication channels.

A successful candidate will possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. The compensation package includes an annual salary of approximately $70,000 - $90,000, as well as opportunities for commission, monthly auto reimbursement, company matched 401(k), paid vacation, paid sick time, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, short term disability, and voluntary supplemental life insurance.
