About the OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a pipeline of prospects throughout assigned geographies, setting up in-person meetings with decision-makers to discuss products and services, and moving the sales process forward. Your success will be measured by meeting weekly and monthly sales objectives, including cold calls, appointments, presentations, and closed deals.
About YouTo succeed as a Sales Growth Representative, you must have a proven track record of growing new business with a hunter mentality, persistence, and self-motivation. A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, but not required. High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) and 6 years of related experience, or Associate's degree and 4 years of related experience are also acceptable. Proficiency in MS Office/Outlook and Salesforce or other CRM systems is essential.
