As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed dealership and manufacturer objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Motivate: Recruit, hire, train, and coach a talented sales team to hit performance targets.
  • Drive Sales: Set and achieve sales and gross profit goals, ensuring each team member meets a minimum average of 10-unit sales.
  • Develop Talent: Run weekly training sessions and provide one-on-one coaching to help team members grow.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Guide your team to deliver exceptional customer service and boost satisfaction ratings.
  • Monitor Performance: Regularly review and assess team performance, making improvements as needed.
  • Support Operations: Assist with sales closing, inventory management, and dealership promotions.
  • Administrative Oversight: Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor payroll, and ensure compliance with all regulations.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of dealership sales experience; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Professional appearance and a valid driver's license.
