**Job Summary**

This position, which reports to the Creative Services Manager, assists in project managing content requests (design, writing and proofing, analytics needs, content reviews). This position also assists in managing ICANN's online presence, including social media engagement, content creation, and publishing.

**Key Responsibilities & Duties:**

*Project Management:*

Assist in maintaining and managing the project management tool and work with the IT department on upgrades and create bi-annual reports on content team request analytics.

Assist in responding to intake forms daily (within SLA), prioritize and adjust priorities in the project management tool.

Assist in managing distribution for internal and external use.

For ICANN community, assist in managing content requests and budget, receive requests from community leaders including design and print requests and work with designers to fulfill these requests, including incorporating feedback and arranging translations, printing, shipping, distribution, and engagement.

*Digital Content Management:*

Assist in managing ideation, creation and publishing for online campaigns across various platforms.

Assist in overseeing online monitoring and report creation of online engagement.

*ICANN Meetings Preparation:*

Assist in managing graphics, web, newsletter, mobile app, and social media required and follow the content teams project management process.

*Other:*

Writing and proofing content following the ICANN Written Style Guide.

Managing contracts and invoicing as needed.

Updating ICANN's website.

Other duties as assigned or requested.

**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):**

Excellent project management skills.

Expert knowledge of project management tools.

Excellent understanding of communications, its importance, and the role it plays in an organization.

Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to write and proofread effectively on deadline.

Excellent skills in managing online platforms and running online campaigns, and knowledge with online practices and trends, including best practices for engagement, and extrapolating data for online reports.

Excellent skills in various software applications, including project management tools, social media platforms, and content creation tools.

Strong analytical ability and understanding of online behavior.

Excellent judgment, trustworthiness, and commitment to integrity.

Demonstrated ability to multitask and to establish and follow through on priorities.

Ability to quickly learn the ICANN environment and its current issues.

Able to cope with continuous change and pressure in a dynamic and fast changing environment.

Knowledge of translation and accessibility requirements.

Ability to work with community and functions on requirements.

Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, and to adjust to the demands of media deadlines in different time zones.

Knowledge of web authoring and publishing tools.

**Education and Experience Requirements:**

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required, Communications or Public Relations or Journalism.

Minimum of two years of experience with a bachelors degree or equivalent.

Specialized training in social media campaigns, project management, and writing/proofreading.
