Job Summary

As a key member of the Carrols Restaurant Group team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities. Your primary focus will be on prioritizing and completing necessary repairs in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
* Collaborate with the R&M Budget to allocate resources effectively and ensure compliance with company guidelines
* Create a work schedule that balances the needs of our customers and the restaurant, while also ensuring that all necessary repairs are completed in a timely fashion

* Strong technical skills and ability to work with a variety of equipment and systems
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management
