Job Title: Senior Program Manager

Loch Harbour Group Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to lead a creative team in delivering high-impact communications projects. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative outreach strategies, collaborating with a wide range of partners, and championing a workplace where every voice is valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a diverse communications team, including writers, editors, graphic designers, videographers, animators, photographers, media and social media specialists, conference planners, web content managers, and 508 compliance remediators.
  • Develop and implement digital outreach and marketing strategies and products that amplify the work of the DHS Science & Technology Directorate (S&T) and its technology programs.
  • Prepare and present monthly progress reports for contract update meeting discussion.
  • Manage and track contract budgets.
  • Keep clients apprised of contractor activities, including milestones, budget, staffing, and potential communications opportunities for promoting COD activities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, or 10 years of equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in program management with demonstrated expertise in writing and editing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and other project management tools.
