Director of Financial Management



Alight is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Financial Management to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of our organization, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis
• Provide financial guidance and support to leadership team
• Manage and supervise a team of financial professionals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
