Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Office Representative to join our team at State Farm Insurance. As an Office Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, processing insurance policy changes and updates, and maintaining accurate and organized customer files.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with their insurance needs and provide timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and issues.
  • Process insurance policy changes and updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and organized customer files, both physical and electronic.
  • Prepare and process insurance quotes and applications, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve office goals and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Stay updated on insurance industry trends and regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
