Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Clerk to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support at GJM INC. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for answering phones, directing calls, and handling customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
- Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork
- Sort mail and distribute it to the appropriate places
- Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and Adobe software
