At General Beverage, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide support to our staff accountants and assist with day-to-day responsibilities in the accounting department.

The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of routine and some non-routine clerical/accounting functions in accordance with standard procedures. This includes assisting with bank account reconciliations, preparing general ledger account analysis, and processing weekly check runs for one entity.

The ideal candidate will have one to two years of accounting experience and possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy. Proficiency in Excel and Outlook is also required. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
