Office Coordinator

We are currently hiring an experienced Admin Assistant to work in our Des Plaines, IL office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks and provide exceptional support to our staff.
Compensation: $20-$24/hour
Job Description- Manage phone calls and emails by directing them to the right personnel when necessary.
- Organize and schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Create and maintain efficient filing systems and office supply management processes.
- Welcome and direct visitors to the correct personnel.
- Ensure seamless communication of company policies and procedures, informing employees of updates.
- Verify and process invoices, manage payroll entries, and support timecard administration.
- Assist with ordering and other administrative duties.
- A high school diploma is a requirement.
- Previous experience in customer-facing or administrative roles is necessary.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is crucial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
