Business Operations Coordinator

Position Overview:
As a critical member of the Peregrine Team, the Administrative Assistant to the CFO will play a pivotal role in managing daily administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring the CFO\'s schedule runs efficiently. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the CFO\'s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare and organize financial reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders.
* Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
* Coordinate communication between the CFO and various departments, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
* Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
* Process expense reports and assist with budget tracking and financial documentation.
* Conduct research and compile data to support financial analysis and reporting.
* Support special projects as assigned by the CFO, including data gathering and report preparation.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative functions.
Qualifications:
* Associate\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Bachelor\'s degree preferred.
* 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a finance or corporate environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with financial software or ERP systems is a plus.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
* Familiarity with financial terminology and concepts is a plus.
