  • Enter collected data into spreadsheets accurately.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and management.
  • Use Google Maps and other tools to assist in address verification.
  • Conduct Internet searches to find and validate address information on county tax websites.
  • Support the division with various data entry tasks and clerical duties as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • Beginner to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Outlook, and Word.
  • Previous experience in customer service roles.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
