- Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative team environment and lead by example to ensure delivery of optimized RM solutions.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients as a trusted CRM partner, providing strategic vision and direction.
- Market Research: Partner with clients to co-develop market research that surfaces consumer insights and informs CRM strategies.
- Channel Planning: Determine and monitor optimal channel planning for each program, including email, direct mail, telemarketing, in-office tactics, and CRM-related digital channels.
- Testing and Optimization: Develop testing strategies, learning agendas, measurement plans, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Process and Organization: Ensure that company and client processes are defined and followed, and participate in integrated team meetings with multiple agencies.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in marketing or communications, with a strong background in relationship marketing and direct response.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and ability to foster effective teamwork and strong relationships.
