We are seeking a seasoned marketing and planning professional to lead our CRM efforts as a CRM Director. This is a key role that requires a deep understanding of relationship marketing and direct response strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • CRM Planning and Operations: Develop and execute comprehensive CRM plans that drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative team environment and lead by example to ensure delivery of optimized RM solutions.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients as a trusted CRM partner, providing strategic vision and direction.
  • Market Research: Partner with clients to co-develop market research that surfaces consumer insights and informs CRM strategies.
  • Channel Planning: Determine and monitor optimal channel planning for each program, including email, direct mail, telemarketing, in-office tactics, and CRM-related digital channels.
  • Testing and Optimization: Develop testing strategies, learning agendas, measurement plans, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Process and Organization: Ensure that company and client processes are defined and followed, and participate in integrated team meetings with multiple agencies.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in marketing or communications, with a strong background in relationship marketing and direct response.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and ability to foster effective teamwork and strong relationships.
