Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand our presence in the market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and presenting proposals to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address any gaps.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic sales or account management, with a strong track record of success.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and develop plans to address any gaps.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or marketing.
  • Experience working with hospitality organizations or in a related industry.
