About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead our Marketing department at Menzies Philanthropic Foundation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve organizational objectives, including brand positioning, product launches, and lead generation.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the development of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics (e.g., ROI, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost) to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials and touch points.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in marketing, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovation.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
