Head of Marketing

Menzies Philanthropic Foundation is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase revenue.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the development of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials and touch points.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in marketing, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovation.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
