Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our team at CRSP COMPANY. In this role, you will be responsible for administering payroll, benefits, and HRIS processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state and federal laws.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of payroll practices, benefits administration, and HRIS systems, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Administration: Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll, ensure accuracy, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage benefits enrollment, track eligibility, and assist with new employee onboarding.
  • HRIS Management: Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and ensure data integrity.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in payroll, benefits, and HRIS administration.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of payroll practices, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
Salary and Benefits:

Our company offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

This is a full-time position, working 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. The salary listed above is an estimate based on the location, Chicago, IL, and may vary depending on factors such as cost of living and industry standards.
