Job Title: Human Resources Information System Manager

Company Overview:
Classic Westchester is a leading organization in the industry, seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a vital role in assessing, implementing, and maintaining our ADP Management system.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:
The Role:
This position requires a highly skilled individual with a strong background in HRIS administration and configuration. You will be responsible for understanding our business needs and recommending best practices related to ADP's Management system. The ideal candidate will have a deep working knowledge of ADP's various modules, including HR, TA, Talent, Learning, Benefits, Recruiting, and Compensation, Payroll, etc.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day system and operations issues, system troubleshooting, manage severity assignments and set priorities for resolution
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Super User and has deep working knowledge and technical expertise with ADP HR, TA, Talent, Learning, Benefits, Recruiting, and Compensation, Payroll, etc.
- Develop and maintain documentation and train stakeholders on user procedures, process maps, guidelines, and policies as needed. Evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the technical impacts of ADP configuration decisions
- System Administration: Perform ADP administrative functions including business process and tenant configuration. Work with various internal HR partners to further build out other functions in the system. Monitor and troubleshoot integrations that involving HR data
- Report Writer & Owner: Create, maintain, and process standard and custom ad-hoc reports and dashboards, to meet business needs
- Security Administrator: Maintain the roles (for all business functional areas; not just HR) related to security groups within our IT functional guidelines; this includes working with functional areas to assign roles to new employees, as well as re-assign roles for terminated employees
- Organization Partner: Open/edit Cost Centers and Locations, working in partnership with the Finance team. Administer reorganizations of the Supervisory Organization structure as needed. Act as liaison and subject matter expert between HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and other functions
- ADP Release Management: Work with the IT team to oversee and communicate new ADP releases as needed and ensure expected system operations across upgrades
- Acquisition Support: Lead integration and data conversion efforts for any acquisitions as needed.
- Perform regular HR data audits within ADP's Lyric system to ensure data integrity. Ensure data privacy compliance and standards
- Manage a team of direct reports
- Handle other duties as assigned based on business needs

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HRIS management or related field
  • 5+ years of HRIS administration and/or configuration experience required; Experience supporting HCM systems preferred
  • Advanced experience and understanding of HCM processes and procedures, including HR, Talent, Learning, Benefits, Recruiting, and Compensation, Payroll, etc.
  • Strong project management experience, especially with gathering requirements, architecting system configuration, leading testing, and implementation
  • Ability to work through complex issues and challenges and present business stakeholders with clear options for solutioning
  • Knows what good looks like for new HRIS system implementation and system maintenance
