Key Responsibilities- Coordinate learning activities by organizing materials for course delivery, utilizing systems to monitor, track, and report learning activities, and consolidating trainee feedback and performance metric results.
- Manage new hire learning processes by assisting with orientation and onboarding, scheduling new hire trainings, and conducting new hire orientation.
- Communicate company policies and changes to associates and answer associate questions regarding content.
- Develop, communicate, and implement processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners.
- Lead and participate in teams by using and sharing resources, information, and tools, determining customer needs and business priorities, coordinating and executing work assignments, and providing advice, feedback, and support to ensure timelines and work quality are achieved.
- Associate's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or related fields OR 1 year's experience in communications, contact center, or related area.
- Organizational skills.
- Experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PPT, and Outlook.
- Experience putting together data into reports.
- Must be comfortable facilitating in front of large groups.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communication, or Education.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in training others in a production-based environment.
