Job OverviewSuperior Senior Care is seeking qualified caregivers to provide in-home support to clients in Rogers, Bentonville, and surrounding areas. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and feeding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and oral hygiene
  • Assist with feeding, ambulation, and toileting
  • Perform range of motion exercises and household services essential to health care in the home
  • Participate in continuing education and training as required by the State of Arkansas
  • Have a clean criminal history record and pass a drug screen

Requirements
  • Certification as a nursing assistant or personal care aide
  • Compassionate attitude and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends

Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rate, $14-16 per hour and up, depending on experience and client
  • State-funded sign-on bonus, $200-$600, and monthly bonus, $125-$200
