Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Aide to join our team at the State of Maryland. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to Management, the Maintenance Supervisor, and subordinates, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of administrative processes within the Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the department, assuming all responsibility for administrative processes.
  • Provide administrative support to Management, the Maintenance Supervisor, and subordinates.
  • Assume responsibility for the operation of administrative processes within the Department.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
  • Four years of performing secretarial work or clerical work involving typing duties.
  • Additional secretarial or clerical experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required education.
Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess experience in office management, administrative tasks, and scheduling.
