Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Lumen Solutions Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, compile, and verify information for data entry and reporting purposes.
  • Follow established procedures for completing repetitive clerical tasks, such as data entry, filing, and operating office equipment.
  • Assist with administrative matters, including verifying statistical reports, compiling information, and scheduling appointments.
  • Select from alternative methods to solve problems and refer complex issues to others.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Less than one year of experience in an administrative, clerical, or operations role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Adept at learning new technologies.
  • Proficient in data entry and management of calendars.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
