Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a General Clerk I. This role will involve performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately collect and enter data into reports and databases.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and verifying reports.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Less than 1 year of experience in administrative or clerical roles preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
