Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant II to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to managers and senior management, preparing correspondence, spreadsheets, documents, and reports, and making travel arrangements and processing travel and other business expenses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to managers and senior management, including preparing correspondence, spreadsheets, documents, and reports.
  • Make travel arrangements and process travel and other business expenses.
  • Provide telephone coverage and schedule internal and client meetings, maintain calendars, coordinate team meetings, and schedule conference calls.
  • Serve as back-up for other Administrative Assistants and file and maintain physical files and supporting documentation.
  • Create, edit, print, and distribute materials.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3 years experience in an administrative, clerical, or operations role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Adept at learning new technologies to perform data entry, manage calendars, and create reports.
  • Proficient in Concur, SharePoint, and One Stop.
