Job Title: Bank Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bank Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Bank Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about bank products and services
  • Escalate complex issues to senior representatives or management as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking industry
