About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bank Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our contact center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our members, helping them achieve their financial goals, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound member calls in a fast-paced contact center environment, providing timely and accurate solutions to their banking needs.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of USAA's banking products and services, enabling you to effectively advise and educate members on available options.
  • Utilize digital tools and resources to enhance the user experience, ensuring members have access to the information and support they need to manage their finances effectively.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, communicating clearly and professionally with members via phone or email to process banking requests and provide information on products and services.
  • Prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment, navigating multiple business applications to meet the needs of our members.
Requirements
  • US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner.
  • ~1 year of customer contact experience in a needs-based sales environment.
  • ~ Prior experience in a fast-paced contact center environment.
  • ~6 months experience frequently communicating (minimum 60 percent of the time) with customers by phone.
