Job Overview

As a Client Relations and Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in fostering sales growth by pinpointing new business prospects, cultivating client relationships, and delivering exceptional service to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue potential clients through various sales techniques, including outreach, networking, and lead development.
  • Build and sustain robust relationships with current clients to guarantee satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the advantages of our mailing solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and agreements to prospective clients.
  • Achieve and surpass sales objectives and quotas on a regular basis.
  • Remain informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Engage in sales meetings, training sessions, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Sales Representative or in a comparable role.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and time management skills.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Background in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Familiarity with mailing equipment and solutions is advantageous.
