Mackin Educational Resources is in search of a Customer Service Specialist to enhance our Educator Support Services division. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.
  • A degree in an education-related discipline is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company offerings to effectively educate clients.
  • Deliver timely and tailored support to educators, including information and guidance via email, phone, and live chat concerning print and digital material acquisitions, collection development, and the specialized cataloging, labeling, and management of these resources.
  • Accurately record details of inquiries, feedback, and requests, along with actions taken for resolution.
  • Stimulate interest in new products or services and connect clients with sales representatives as necessary.
  • Collaborate with educators and team members to implement enhancements to products and services based on educator feedback.
  • Process orders and manage returns efficiently.
  • Build and sustain relationships with clients to elevate our service standards.
Work Schedule
Full-time day hours; Monday - Friday
