KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain customer relationships and follow up as necessary.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing inquiries.
  • Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based review process to inform clients about available insurance solutions.
  • Employ effective communication skills to meet customer needs while fostering business growth.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong dedication to customer service excellence.
  • Previous sales experience (including outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License.
  • Ability to secure a Life/Health License.
  • Capability to meet mutually established marketing objectives.
  • Interest in promoting products and services tailored to customer needs.
