KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain customer relationships and follow up as necessary.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing inquiries.
- Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based review process to inform clients about available insurance solutions.
- Employ effective communication skills to meet customer needs while fostering business growth.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong dedication to customer service excellence.
- Previous sales experience (including outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License.
- Ability to secure a Life/Health License.
- Capability to meet mutually established marketing objectives.
- Interest in promoting products and services tailored to customer needs.
