We are currently looking for a Culture and Communications Specialist (CCS) who will be dedicated to serving both our customers and employees with the highest level of care and respect. The CCS will also find joy in the daily tasks that ensure our operations run smoothly, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude in times of change and growth. This role will embody a spirit of “I’m here to assist” and “Let’s solve this together”, providing support to employees with their everyday inquiries and requests.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all incoming customer calls through a multi-line phone system, responding warmly and promptly with information or directing calls to the appropriate department.
- Assist in organizing events, recognition programs, and initiatives that foster a strong company culture.
- Infuse creativity into company events, encouraging participation and collaboration.
- Proactively engage in various company initiatives that inspire and motivate our workforce.
- Act as a liaison for community outreach and events as needed.
- Contribute to the creation and updating of the company newsletter and communication hubs throughout the workplace, ensuring employees remain connected to one another and our core Mission & Values.
- Perform administrative tasks as required, including managing office supplies and general office duties.
- Handle work-related errands, including coordinating meals and catering for events.
- Support various projects and programs focused on service, operations, team building, and culture.
- Welcome and assist visitors in the front lobby with a hospitable demeanor.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail by sorting and forwarding as necessary.
- Serve as a model and ambassador for the employee experience.
- Undertake additional duties as requested.
- Full-time, hourly role (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm), with a pay range of $20-$24/hr based on experience.
- Includes paid vacation and holidays.
