We are currently looking for a Culture and Communications Specialist (CCS) who will be dedicated to serving both our customers and employees with the highest level of care and respect. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all incoming customer calls through a multi-line phone system, responding warmly and promptly with information or directing calls to the appropriate department.
  • Assist in organizing events, recognition programs, and initiatives that foster a strong company culture.
  • Infuse creativity into company events, encouraging participation and collaboration.
  • Proactively engage in various company initiatives that inspire and motivate our workforce.
  • Act as a liaison for community outreach and events as needed.
  • Contribute to the creation and updating of the company newsletter and communication hubs throughout the workplace, ensuring employees remain connected to one another and our core Mission & Values.
  • Perform administrative tasks as required, including managing office supplies and general office duties.
  • Handle work-related errands, including coordinating meals and catering for events.
  • Support various projects and programs focused on service, operations, team building, and culture.
  • Welcome and assist visitors in the front lobby with a hospitable demeanor.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail by sorting and forwarding as necessary.
  • Serve as a model and ambassador for the employee experience.
  • Undertake additional duties as requested.
Position Details
  • Full-time, hourly role (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm), with a pay range of $20-$24/hr based on experience.
