Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Community Care Specialist to join our team at Vitality Senior Living. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain a clean and safe environment in the community, ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents.
  2. Assist with medication distribution, leisure activities, and documentation of resident records in a timely and accurate manner.
  3. Collaborate with leadership to complete medication cart audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
  4. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to provide exceptional care and support.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Flexibility to work PRN (as needed) and adapt to changing circumstances.
