As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and assisting with the leasing, marketing, and resident relations of our communities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate directly with Property Managers to support day-to-day operations and supervise all business functions.
  • Assist and/or support leasing and marketing efforts, including preparing all necessary paperwork for new and renewal leases.
  • Communicate and adhere to community policies and procedures to ensure quality customer service.
  • Maintain accurate rent rolls and bank balances.
  • Negotiate and oversee maintenance projects with vendors, owners, and tenants.
  • Prepare and maintain Property Management Work Authorization forms.
  • Monitor proof of insurance for vendors, tenants, and owners.
  • Conduct physical inspections of all properties.
  • Send out electronic late notices and make collection calls.
  • Prepare online rent statements for all tenants.
  • Support sales staff in entering data and work requests.

**Requirements**

  • Current real estate license or ability to acquire within 1 year.
  • 2+ years of property management experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
