Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Immediate Care Walk In Management LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Urgent Care centers in New Jersey, working closely with our Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Administrator for the company's HRIS, Paylocity
  • Bi-weekly payroll processing
  • Assist in recruiting and oversee scheduling of providers in center locations
  • Assist Office Managers and new employees with onboarding and orientation
  • Administration of employee benefits programs, including medical, voluntary, and 401k plans
  • Maintain licensure and medical malpractice insurance policies for providers
  • Point person for annual performance and compensation review for all staff
  • Acts as the liaison for employee related issues; addresses all disputes which may arise between employees and management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • 1-2 years related experience
  • Experience working with HRIS preferred
