Job Title: Regional Territory Manager

Job Overview:
The Regional Territory Manager (RTM) plays a crucial role in driving sales and providing customer support within a specified territory. This position involves cultivating relationships with clients, pursuing new business opportunities, and surpassing customer expectations through collaborative efforts and independent sales expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee the sales pipeline within a collaborative team setting.
  • Engage with clients through multiple channels to promote software solutions.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients while driving subscription renewals.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales and customer interactions.
  • Qualify leads and facilitate the sales process.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company at industry events.
  • Collaborate with other sales teams to establish reference customers.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years in business-to-business sales.
  • Strong analytical skills and a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work autonomously and adhere to deadlines.
  • Experience with proprietary software and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% within the designated territory.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in sales to manufacturers, particularly fabricators.
  • Familiarity with SigmaNEST or similar CAD/CAM systems.
  • A college degree is advantageous.
