The Sales Leadership Manager will spearhead Kraft Heinz's sales initiatives, strategic growth, and supply chain projects for a significant $440 million portfolio with Kroger. This role will oversee a business framework tailored to Kroger, enhancing category focus and leveraging Kraft Heinz's extensive brand portfolio through a unified point of accountability, specifically managing Refrigerated Dairy (Cream Cheese, Cheese, Desserts, and Breakfast). The Lead will implement comprehensive business strategies aimed at fostering profitable growth and increasing market share at the customer level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and develop team members within the customer business unit and Kraft Heinz Sales by sharing experiences and identifying business opportunities.

  • Effectively communicate and influence the implementation of business plans to ensure excellent execution among key team members.
  • Drive efficient trade programs to maximize return on investment while adhering to budget constraints.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service by engaging with key customer contacts to evaluate service levels, identify improvement areas, and implement enhancement plans.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven sales experience with a solid understanding of business processes including forecasting, promotional planning, and multi-year strategy development.
  • Experience managing a Profit and Loss statement.
  • Extensive background in cultivating customer relationships.
  • Strong financial acumen with a grasp of profit and revenue drivers.
  • Expertise in trade deployment.

Work Environment

This position operates in a Hybrid model, requiring three days a week in the office, with limited travel. The workspaces are open and collaborative. This role also requires a salaried, exempt schedule to effectively meet customer and internal expectations.
