- Collaborate with the Executive Director/Clinical Director to drive business growth and develop strategic plans to achieve sales goals.
- Manage sales administration duties, including CRM, expense entry, and payroll time sheets.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
- 2-3 years of prior successful home health or hospice sales experience.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
