Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving growth and expansion for Saul Ewing LLP. This dynamic professional is responsible for developing and implementing targeted marketing and business development strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and pursue high-potential business development initiatives
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to engage key industry stakeholders and drive business growth
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through proactive research and analysis
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to attorneys and practice groups to enhance their business development efforts
  • Manage and execute business development components of events, conferences, and seminars, including pre-event planning, event staffing, and post-event evaluation
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in business development and marketing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
