Job Overview

The role involves managing billing and invoicing processes for business clients. Collaborate with team members to effectively organize, administer, and oversee workload. Responsibilities include processing billing transactions, generating invoices accurately and punctually, and reconciling accounts receivable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accurately generate and process invoices in a timely manner.
  • Maintain checklists and invoice summaries.
  • Examine contracts and service agreements to ensure billing precision.
  • Monitor payment statuses for each client and report findings to management.
  • Send reminders to clients regarding overdue invoices.
  • Address B2B customer inquiries within one business day of receipt.
  • Notify management of any disputes or discrepancies.
  • Respond to customer issues as directed by management.
  • Support fellow accounting team members and colleagues.
  • Provide backup assistance to other accounting personnel.
  • Participate in regular team meetings.
  • Deliver consistent reporting to management.
  • Accomplish additional tasks as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Familiarity with UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory.
